Continuity Sequence Evaluation

Continuity Sequence Evaluation

In our continuity video we used a variety of different techniques like camera angles, shot distance, lightning and editing techniques. Some shoots in are film could have been executed with more precision and focus. the editing went well as we managed to add the fades and to make it flow mostly smooth and didn't have to many jumpy bits.

The over the shoulder shoot was used to give the audience a knowledge of what the character is looking at and what was going on to try let the audience in on what the character was experiencing.
we used the worms eye view to keep the continuity of where the envelope was to make sure that the audience could follow the journey that the envelope and the character is on.

one of the techniques we used was an extreme close up to capture the moment that the subject realised he had been duped into thinking there was money in the envelope. This was to show tension and regret.
